Welcome to West End Dental! Our caring team members offer a full spectrum of dental services for the entire family. Every patient, young and old, receives the same level of care and concern in order to have the best possible experience in our clinic.
Patients are asked to complete the online paperwork and bring their ID and insurance cards on the first visit. We respect our patients’ schedules; wait times are very brief.

The New Patient Process
When new patients come into the office, they can expect a warm welcome. If they’re not current dental patients, a full consultation will be done with our team. The first step is X-rays, both panorex and bite-wing, if covered by insurance, and an examination. If there are no issues, a general cleaning is done.
Our dentist spends time with every patient to ensure they have good oral health, answer any questions they may have, and remove any fears or doubts they may have about choosing our clinic for their care. We know some people have had bad experiences; we want them to know they made the right choice this time.
If further care is recommended, our team will discuss what insurance provision is available, if any, and the patient’s out-of-pocket cost. We never want there to be any surprises. Our patients receive a full explanation of their financial responsibility. We offer affordable, effective, and trusted care for all.
If a patient comes in with a particular problem, we’ll do a limited exam, consisting of an emergency workup and X-ray to address the specific problem. Please allow 90 minutes for the first visit.
Financials
West End Dental is pleased to accept all PPO dental plans. As a courtesy, our team members will file claims for all our patients. CareCredit financing and online payments are also available.
