Everything You Need to Join Our Dental Family
If you are considering West End Dental Group as your new dental home, we want to start by saying thank you! We can’t wait to meet your family and start providing your long-term dental services. Below, you’ll find some important information to keep in mind before you arrive, including what to expect during your first visit, patient forms to fill out, and methods to finance your treatments. Take a look below or give us a call today to schedule your first appointment!
Your First Dental Visit
When you first walk in, you can expect to be greeted by our friendly staff and given a thorough exploration of your new patient paperwork if you have not yet filled it out already. You’ll get a chance to meet our clinical staff and the dentist, have an oral exam completed, your treatment plan reviewed and all financial options discussed before you begin any treatment. We’ll also get you scheduled for a follow-up appointment so you don’t miss out on necessary care.
New Patient Forms
We ask all patients to fill out new patient forms before their visit so we can better understand your needs. This includes any current problems you might be having with your teeth or gums, conditions that we need to be aware of, and medications you are currently taking. You can even download the forms on our website and fill them out to save time when you arrive!
Dental Insurance Welcome
While we are not currently in-network with any dental insurance, we are happy to file any insurance claims you need to send on your behalf. Dental insurance can make paying for basic dental care far more affordable for both you and your family, and West End Dental Group wants to make that process as simple as possible. If you aren’t sure how your coverage works or the best way to maximize benefits, we’re always here to help.
CareCredit Financing Available
Do you need additional help paying for dental care that wasn’t covered by insurance? Don’t have dental insurance at all?
